Pre-order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means you are buying an item before it is physically in stock. This lets you reserve the product so you receive it as soon as it arrives. Because many toys sell out fast, pre-ordering guarantees your spot in line.

Estimated Arrival Dates
Estimated arrival and shipping dates are displayed next to the Pre-Order button. These dates are estimates only and the item may arrive earlier or later depending on manufacturer and shipping schedules.

Shipping of Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will be shipped immediately once they arrive at our facility. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately or together at our discretion.

Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel a pre-order at any time before the item ships. Please note that if you cancel, future availability of the item is not guaranteed, as many products sell out and may not return.

Delays
If significant delays occur, we will notify customers by email. Customers may choose to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund.

Refunds
If your pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier issues or discontinued products, you will receive a full refund.
