Shipping Policy

Shipping times and rates are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Drop shipping is not available. Additional shipping may be required on your order due to weight, zip code, the combination of items, or other factors. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, or other factors that can delay your shipment. We will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.

If you order more than one item and select Next Day or Second Day Air Shipping, all items in stock will be shipped immediately as requested. Next Day and Second Day Air Shipping orders submitted after 2:30 pm PST will ship the following business day. Any back order items will be shipped by Ground, US Mail, or SmartPost upon arrival. Items listed with Free Shipping will be shipped using Ground or Smartpost shipping.

If we warranty an item directly we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item.

Free Shipping is available on most orders over a $75 subtotal. Offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii shipments, oversized Items, and Wholesale.

What is the Mystery Gift?

When you choose to add a Mystery Gift to your order, you allow us to curate a product we sell on or outside our website tailed to your order preference. The product we choose may be worth from $15 to more than $75 and is subject to availability.

What is Rush Order?

Our Rush Order option expedites the fulfillment of your order so it can be verified, tailored to our standards, quality checked, packaged, and shipped within 24 hours. For Rush Order to be effective, your order must be submitted and charged before 1:00 PM PST (4 PM EST) Monday to Friday. If the above conditions are met and we fail to ship your order within 24 hours, we will refund the Rush Order fee. Rush Order fee does not affect the actual shipping time in transit. If you need your order quickly, please be sure to select the appropriate shipping method as well.

Order Fulfillment Policy

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. Once your order is processed and sent to the warehouse it cannot be edited or canceled. HobbyTron.com guarantees that you will get a new working product(s) or you can return the product(s) for replacement. Color, frequency, and packaging may vary. The policy does not cover any free gift items. Occasionally items run out or are discontinued from a specific manufacturer. We reserve the right to send items of equivalent function in order to fill your order in a timely manner.

Any Free Items or Monthly Giveaway Items are limited to one per order, per shipping address. In some cases, such as during the rush before Christmas, we reserve the right to upgrade your order to an item(s) that is completely different but that is lots of fun - hand-picked by our experts to get you a fun gift in a timely manner. If you are unhappy with the exchanged or upgraded item, you can return it unopened per the usual policies.
