I am a good customer for the last few years. I got my order minus the mystery gift I paid for. I contacted you and you realized you hadn’t sent it and mailed it immediately out to me. However, it was a gift that I had just purchased in the order. Now I have two. Plz check next time to make sure it isn’t the same toy in order. But I feel you do good overall.
I have not received any of my order which you people can’t understand. I have emailed you 4 times with no positive response or action. I am waiting! My grandson won’t get his gift for Christmas. Thanks very much!
