We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we'll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know when you should expect your refund. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs.

Your package will be processed within 48 business hours after the purchase and shipped. If you purchased the rush order we will process your order within 24 business hours and ship! Once you place your order, you will get a free tracking code so you can track it until it reaches to your address!

Our sales are typically very short. With the high level of orders we’re currently experiencing, it’s likely that most sales will end sooner because of our limited supply.

Very Happy

Bought this as a gift for a friend's daughter. It was such a great toy for the little girl. We all ended up playing with it and found the controls easy to use. It did crash a few times but seemed to be pretty durable. It was nice to have something that was fun for all ages.

This is my first time to purchase one of these products. It appears to work very well. I'm still learning how to fly it. The controls are very sensitive. It is very enjoyable. My cats expressions while I fly it are more enjoyable than actually flying the Spider Man Figure.
