United StatesTerrible- don’t waste your money
The RC truck I ordered was broken, they did send me out a replacement which arrived a couple weeks later however that was also broken. They expected me to keep the broken item around in case the new one needed parts etc but never told me that. I asked for a refund and was denied because the packaging was open; how was I supposed to know these were broken without opening the packaging?!?! I’ll never order from this company again and would warn everyone else not to either.
